Search indexing, AI answer grounding, and AI training are all permitted (permissive content signals in robots.txt). - Every document is available in English (en) and/or Persian (fa, right-to-left). Persian pages live under /fa/. - Medical Notes are organized by specialty under /notes// and /fa/notes//. - For full text, start at llms-full.txt and fetch only the section or specialty file you need; for one document, use the MCP get_article tool. - A read-only MCP server is available at /mcp (streamable HTTP, no authentication) with search, article, recent, tag, and specialty tools; see /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json for its tool catalog. - To read one card by its permanent id, fetch /cards/data/.json. Cards are separate from corpus.json, llms-full and /mcp.
